This 2019, the goals are to grow the digital community to be a local skincare brand that understands its customers. We put this message by utilizing all digital assets from social media, website, video digital, and e-commerce, through Kelebihanmu, Kecantikanmu campaign (Your Strength is Your Beauty). This campaign helps to increase Natur-E web members by 80% and boosting audience conversation about our product. Continuing our Loyalty Program, build CRM to get insight from our audience and remarketing. This year, we are focusing on the e-commerce and marketplace sales by driving traffic to e-commerce channel (using Collaborative Ads partnering with marketplace) and join the marketplace program.
