Indosat launched their new product, Internet Indosat, as a strategic move to unify their Internet services. It is a new broadband service for users of Indosat (IM3, Mentari or Matrix) with high speed of 1 Mbps that can be used for e-mail, chatting, downloading, blogging, browsing, etc.
They needed a media to provide detailed and easy to understand information for their customers. AITINDO developed a customizable web portal as a single platform to publish any information and promotions about the product to the customers. On top of that, the portal is complemented with personalized widget features capable of displaying informations such as Facebook News Feed, Twitter posts, weather, news, and favorite links. Understanding customers confusions about which product suits them best, we provided a simple calculator to estimate their internet usage and describe which product to accomodate customers needs.
In this project, AITINDO collaborated with Accenture who developed back-end system to manage customers preferences, perform balance top-up, and many other tasks. We integrated our web platform to integrate seamlessly with their back-end systems providing convenient personalized user experiences.
